  1. Returns under $250 within 30 days of purchase will be returned to original method of payment with receipt only. Orders over $250 within 30 days will be returned with check within 2-3 weeks. Returns without receipt are eligible for store credit only. No returns on damaged, opened, or used merchandise unless defective. Defective merchandise will be replaced. No returns after 30 days. All returns may be subject to restocking and handling charges.
  2. Special and custom orders require a hundred percent (100%) non-refundable deposit. No returns on custom cut, custom tinted, custom designed, or special order items. NO RETURNS ON TINTED PAINT.
  3. All orders will be held for up to 30 days. Orders not claimed within 30 days will be restocked and subjected to a 20% restocking fee.
  4. Ecohaus will not be liable for any delay or failure in the performance or in delivery or shipment of materials or merchandise or for any damages suffered by customer by reason of such delay or failure when such delay or failure is directly or indirectly caused by or in any manner arise from or is connected with acts of God, acts of public enemies, riots, acts of governmental agencies, labor difficulties, failure of suppliers to ship or produce goods, delay in securing or shortages in raw materials, breakdown or destruction of plant or equipment, or any other cause or causes beyond the control of Ecohaus, whether or not similar to those enumerated herein. All orders will be deemed suspended so long as any such cause prevents or delays performance or delivery or shipment.
  5. ECOHAUS DOES NOT WARRANTY ANY PRODUCTS. THE SOLE WARRANTY ASSOCIATED WITH A PRODUCT IS THE WARRANTY PROVIDED BY THE MANUFACTURER OF THE PRODUCT, IF ANY. IN NO EVENT SHALL ECOHAUS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, FOR LOSS OF USE, PROPERTY OR PROFITS OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES OF WHATEVER KIND OR HOWEVER ARISING.
  6. Customers with allergies or chemical or other sensitivities may wish to test products before purchasing. To the extent practicable, Ecohaus will provide samples for use in testing. The customer alone shall be responsible for the decision to test and the method of testing. Ecohaus shall not be responsible or liable for testing procedures or adverse reactions that may result from use of the products.
  7. Drawings, blueprints, floor plans or the like provided by the customer may be used as a guide in estimating dimensions and material needs. All measurements, sizes and dimensions estimated by Ecohaus are approximate. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify materials, style, dimensions, quantities and layout with the customer’s contractor, installer or other advisor and Ecohaus shall bear no liability or responsibility for same.
