Product warranties are at the sole discretion of the manufacturer. We will work with the manufacturer to resolve any concerns you may have, however the manufacturer will provide the ultimate solution to the concern, and we must follow the manufacturer’s recommendations to resolve such concerns. Manufacturers’ warranties are limited and typically do not cover, among other conditions: moisture-related concerns (buckling, cupping and gapping); events such as scratches or dents from normal daily use, including pets or pet urine; inexperience or customer-related install errors; Color fading and/or darkening is a natural occurrence caused by exposure to UV rays (direct sunlight) and is not considered to be a defect.
For Uninstalled Products:
Once the concern has been identified; DO NOT OPEN any additional material. Contact ecohaus immediately to have us submit your concern to the manufacturer. Many manufacturers also have a technical help line listed on their labels and/or their website if would like more information about how a product behaves in specific circumstances.
For Installed Products:
As the customer you have the final opportunity to determine if the received items have any visual concerns. If the product you received does not meet your standards, it should not be installed. Installation of the defective product is acceptance of the order. A claim will not be processed for items installed with visual defect prior to installation.
