The West Coast’s oldest eco-friendly building supply retailer is now open in SOMA!

Our new showroom is conveniently located at the corner of 9th & Bryant—easily accessible from I-80 and HWY 101. Our location is also within an easy walk of MUNI and BART stations, just a few blocks away on Market St. We also have FREE PARKING just behind our building off Bryant St.

Designed to fit the way people shop for materials, our store is a resource center where customers have easy access to sample material and work spaces. Our goal is to provide a space where San Franciscans can explore green building materials and can brainstorm in a creative space. Our space features sustainable building materials in its displays and offices, including FSC Certified PureBond plywood, 100% wool carpets, and PaperStone countertops. We're even reusing display fixtures from a previous showroom to reduce our material use!

Community partnerships have always been an integral part of our mission. In Seattle and Portland we have formed many partnerships with other businesses and organizations to present workshops, presentations, parties and more! We look forward to participating in the life of San Francisco too! We have some plans for ways that we can contribute to the SOMA community, starting with our grand opening celebrations. Also, look for us at the Green Festival in April and at Green Drinks in May!
