where can i use it?
Oceanside Glass Tiles are recommended for a variety of projects including bathrooms, trim, countertops, walls, shower surrounds, swimming pools, fountains, backsplashes, and low-traffic flooring area.
Glass tiles, like glazed ceramic tiles, can be very slippery, especially when wet or in large rooms where kids build up speed as they run through. Use these tiles with caution in these situations. For maximum slip resistance, use small tiles or tiles with a textured surface. The additional grout joints add considerable traction.
how much do I need?
1” x 1” sheets measure 11 3/4" x 11 3/4" (nominal).
For most jobs, we recommend ordering 10% overage. For complex jobs, add 15-20% overage.

Any sheet glass tile is paper fronted; they do not have a mesh backing.
Use thin set mortar and standard grade sanded grout; never use epoxy grout.
Tiles can be cut with a diamond blade or glass nippers. Using a blade designed for ceramic tile may chip the edge. Smooth rough edges with a sanding stone. Always use safety goggles and gloves when cutting glass.
For translucent tiles the thin set is partially visible. To prevent the thin set showing through, smooth out the trowel marks and back butter every tile.
how do i maintain it?
Use non-abrasive cleaners such as Superclean or vinegar & water.
